Welcome to Reiki Healing Energy Therapy.
The Reiki System of Natural Healing is an energy therapy that promotes the body's natural healing responses. During our lives, we knowingly and unknowingly cling to the painful, difficult, and unhappy events that have shaped our lives and by doing so we create stress in our bodies. The EMOTIONS and THOUGHTS related to these unpleasant events become ENERGY BLOCKAGES that interfere with the natural flow of energy throughout our bodies. When these blockages remain untreated, our bodies move toward illness. Reiki Therapy prompts us to examine our lives more closely and identify the aspects of our lives that have congested our ENERGY SYSTEMS, thus, providing the possibility for HEALING. Healing requires TAKING FULL RESPONSIBILITY for our CHOICES. Healing requires that we be able to access our PERSONAL POWER and make decisions that promote WHOLENESS of BODY, MIND and SPIRIT. Healing in the Reiki System of Natural Healing is always done with non-judgment and self-love.
Healing is an act of courage. It may require us to leave a job that dishonours us, or a relationship that prevents us from being our most authentic self or it may call us to move more deeply into our spirit. Reiki provides a sense of support and trust in our ability to take such daring steps in living our lives with deep purpose and joy.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a NATURAL HEALING SYSTEM that was founded by MIKAO USUI (1865-1926) in Japan. The essence of Reiki is HEALING. The healing agent of Reiki is ENERGY. Since the human body is an ENERGY SYSTEM, the ENERGY received during Reiki Therapy brings HEALING.
Reiki is:

* a SYSTEM OF NATURAL HEALING
* an HOLISTIC APPROACH to HEALTH
* promotes HEALING of MIND, BODY & SPIRIT

to the FOUNDER of the TECHNIQUE.” (Rand 12)
3. “The HEALING ENERGY is NOT ONE’S OWN ENERGY, but
COMES FROM and is GUIDED BY THE HIGHER POWER.”
